OUR APPLICATIONS
Our machines are engineered for continuous operation, even in the most demanding conditions, ensuring exceptional performance across a variety of gases.
With their robust design, they effectively eliminate the risk of contamination and operate with remarkable efficiency and reliability, all while maintaining a leak-free environment. Trust in our technology to deliver consistent results, no matter the challenge.

BIOGAS
Our multi-stage blowers are used for the vacuum removal of biogas from the extraction zone of the biogas to the combustion system (Burner, thermal motor, etc.) Our blowers are also used for the landfill vacuum gas extraction of volatile organic compounds (VOC´s) through pumping wells. The durability of the centrifugal blowers, their specific "biogas type" sealing system and their performance characteristics are all well suited to these applications

WASTEWATER TREATMENT
The function of the blower, for this application, is to supply air to one or several tanks in order to bring oxygen to bacteria which degrade the organic matter. To inject this air, the blower must overcome the resistance, or backpressure. As the effluent quantity to be treated changes over the course of time, it is desirable to inject only the amount of oxygen necessary and in sufficient quantities to optimise the oxygen needs of the bacteria

SULPHUR RECOVERY
Oil refining processes produce large quantities of waste gases with sulphur content. The sulphur must be recovered in order to meet environmental legislation that limits total sulphur emissions from the plant. Our blowers are used in these Sulfur Recovery Units (SRU) to supply the necessary primary air to the furnace reactor.

OIL&GAS
Category that covers every type of combustion of air or gas produced by the sequence of exothermic chemical reactions between a fuel and an oxidant accompanied by the production of heat and conversion of chemical species. Our Multistage Centrifugal technology offers a high volume of air at a high pressure to provide forced air through the combustion process.

LIQUIFIED NATURAL GAS
The handling of compressed gases must be considered more hazardous than the handling of liquids and solids. The procedures adopted for the safe handling of compressed gases are centred on containment of the material, to prevent its escape to the atmosphere, and proper control of pressure and flow. Our machines can run continuosly, even under extreme conditions, and are capable of handling a variety of gases without risk of contamination, operating efficently and reliably without leaks.

AIR KNIFE
An air knife is a tool used to blow liquid or debris from produtcs as they travel on conveyors. Air knives are normally used in manufacturing or as the first step in a recursive recycling process to separate lighter or smaller particles from other components for use in later or subsequent steps. They are also used in post manufacturing drying of parts and conveyor cleaning, and as part of component cleaning.

DESALINATION
Salt water is desalinated to produce fresh water suitable for human consumption or irrigation. The traditional process used in these operation is vacuum distillation: essentially, the boiling of water at less than atmospheric pressure and thus a much lower temperature than normal. Our Blowers are used for the backwash on the membrane filtration pretreatment previous to the reverse osmose desalination.

FLOTATION
In mining the flotation is a process for separating minerals from gangue, the waste rock, by taking advantage of differences in their hydrophobicity. Differences between valuable minerals and waste gangue are increased through the use of surfactants and wetting agents in the flotation cell, which is designed to be fed with forced air, and require a flotation air blower.
